Curly PigtailsThe model's hair is parted along the centerline of the scalp to gather each section. Each side of the head, above the ear, is brushed and neatly tied with a rubber band allowing the tails to hang free and ready to be curled. The stylist begins picking sections of hair at random and misting them with hairspray. Later, the stylist and her assistant begin to unwind the perm rods revealing two gorgeous hair buns full of small and tight corkscrew curls.
