Watch how the stylist slices and wets each hair section with perm solution to start wounding each perm rod. Once the head is totally wrapped and soaked with perm solution, the stylist covers the head with a clear plastic bonnet. Few minutes later, Emma is taken to the shampoo bowl where the stylist begins to rinse, the old fashion way, applies neutralizer and finally rods are taken out.
